The location is honestly hard to beat. You’ve got some of London’s best pubs, restaurants, cafés and wine bars practically on the doorstep, while the apartment itself is tucked away enough to feel surprisingly peaceful in the evenings and at weekends.

Transport is ridiculously easy too — around 6 mins to Chancery Lane, 8 mins to Farringdon and 10 mins to Holborn, plus loads of day and night buses. City University is also only around a 12-minute walk away.

So whether you work in the City, study nearby, or just want to live somewhere properly central without feeling like you’re in the middle of chaos, it’s a brilliant little spot.

I’m putting the ad up on behalf of my mum, who lives in the apartment and is looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy-going to share with.

She’s very chilled, independent and generally keeps herself to herself — but she’s equally happy having a chat or sharing the occasional glass of wine if that’s your thing. 🍷

We’re really just looking for a respectful , considerate person who’ll treat the place like home.
