Cosy Double Room in friendly, central house

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to join The Maisonette, our friendly four-bed house in Clerkenwell.

The room is available from early October (9th) and the new housemate would ideally move in that day.

Rent and bills come to approx £900 pcm.

The current housemates are Iris, Scott, and Ollie. We’re looking for someone (of any gender) that is easy going, clean, tidy and that is looking for a flat that feels like home.

The house is right across the street from Exmouth Market and Clerkenwell is a lovely part of London to live in with great connections to almost anywhere.

About us
Scott (29) works in consulting, Iris (26) works in sustainability and Ollie (28) works as an urban planner.
