We are looking for a new housemate to join The Maisonette, our friendly four-bed house in Clerkenwell. Unfortunately, we don’t accept students.
The room is approx 10m2 and available from w/c 11th August. The room comes furnished, however, furniture different to what's shown will be in the room.
Rent and bills come to approx £800-850 pcm.
The current housemates are Kane, Scott, and Ollie. We’re looking for someone (of any gender) that is easy going, clean, tidy and that is looking for a flat that feels like home.
The house is right across the street from Exmouth Market and Clerkenwell is a lovely part of London to live in with great connections to almost anywhere.
