Nice room in central location

Very big, furnished room with a view of St. Paul's and the London Eye. The best part about this flat is the location. We are walking distance to Barbican (7mins), Angel(7mins), Farringdon (12mins), Old Street (15mins) stations. We have no living room and the flat is not modern but it is cute and quirky and has a tonne of character! The room is £680 per month excluding bills and has a balcony.

I am a biology researcher and Chloe is a writer for a magazine. I have been here almost 3 years and love it, while Chloe moved in last summer! We tend to keep to ourselves and our busy lives but when we are around we hang out and have tea or dinner or a drink! Chloe works long hours and is often out at weekends and I divide my time between work, yoga, pilates and socialising. I also go away a lot on weekends. We do like a good chat over a cup of tea though and a few glasses of wine amongst house-mates round the kitchen table is a rare, yet beloved ritual.

There is plenty of storage space, a bath and brand-new shower in the bathroom. The washing machine is newish too. Our fridge is brand new. There are no decorating limitations, if you want to paint your room - go for it!

We are looking for a clean, considerate flat mate who is friendly. We have no cleaning rotas or anything, you just clean up after yourself and give the place a hoover when you take it out to do your room! We also have a garbage shoot which is great as we're on the 7th floor (there is a lift!).
