I’m so sad to leave this gem near Angel. Eliza (current roommate) and I moved into the flat in August 2015 but because of my consultancy work, I’ve been living outside London for the last four months and now need to move closer to the office.

The Room:
This lovely double room faces onto our own private residents’ garden so it’s green, peaceful… and quiet! It is fully furnished including of course a double bed and plenty of storage space.

The Bathroom:
You have your own bathroom in the hallway (used by Eliza occasionally for its bath!). Most importantly, the shower is powerful since its a ground-floor apartment.

The Apartment (see floorplan attached):
This pretty apartment consists of two double bedrooms (one is available, one is Eliza’s), two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Eliza and I have decorated the place to make it look homey and beautiful.

Your Location:
Just google Percy Cricus to see how well-located it is! 10 minute walk to Kings Cross and Angel, and even closer to the cute Exmouth Market. Bloomsbury is also in walking distance. Covent Garden is only 20 minutes door-to-door by tube.

Your Roommate:
Eliza is 30 and a trainee lawyer. She loves dancing and spends her spare-time out doing Lindy-Hop, West-Coast Swing and Jazz. Otherwise curled up with Netflix. She’s warm and friendly and will enjoy getting to know you.

About You:
Just the one of you. Considerate, tidy, friendly. Love of dancing or cooking added bonus ;)

The Lease and Landlord:
The landlord has confirmed that the lease will be transferred directly into your name.
Winkworth manages the property – they are very prompt for urgent issues but sometimes do need a little chasing on smaller matters.
