Separate bathroom for just you, shared kitchen, living room and large terrace. There is a basement car park for bikes (the parking space is currently rented out).

Bills include utilities (gas, electricity, water, broadband) and a cleaner who comes every other week which is extremely helpful in a flatshare!

The apartment is owned by my family and was fully refurbished when purchased 4 years ago. I'm looking for someone to share with as my current flatmate is moving to Tokyo for work and to be closer to home (Australia). The building complex is very secure, with a concierge Monday-Friday who comes in handy for signing parcels, CCTV and a key fob for the 3 pedestrian entrances and also the staircase to the apartment.

I enjoy travel so you will regularly have the whole apartment to yourself. Weekends I do try to be at home for some down time and to explore London. I would really like to share with someone who makes the place feel welcoming - I'm clean and tidy and want the apartment to be a friendly place to come home to after work.

There are so many great places nearby for food, drinks and socialising plus great connections with Farringdon, Angel and Chancery Lane stations each about 10 minutes walk away. It is also very easy to get to Kings Cross, Holborn and Liverpool Street by walking or a quick underground journey. I walk to work and so did my previous flatmate, the building is particularly well located for central London commuting without stepping on to the underground.

You will see that the previous tenants used to have a desk in the bedroom - in case this was important to you I believe this was purchased from Argos and fit quite nicely using one of the kitchen chairs.
