The room is well-proportioned, fully furnished, and ready to move into, perfect for a professional seeking a quiet, comfortable, and central base in London.

The shared bathroom (used by a maximum of one other person) is conveniently located opposite the bedroom.

👥 **Flatmates:**
You’ll be sharing with up to 2 professional males, both of whom use the flat midweek (around 2–3 nights per week) and are generally out most evenings. It’s a calm, respectful, and low-occupancy household, ideal if you value peace and privacy after work.

🚫 **Guests:**
To ensure fairness and maintain a quiet environment, the flat operates a no external guests policy if staying on a midweek basis.

This space is ideal for someone who needs a Monday–Friday base in London, perhaps commuting in for work, and wants a clean, quiet, and hassle-free home away from home.
There’s no issue leaving personal belongings in the room between stays, and bed linen and towels are provided, so you can simply turn up and settle in.
