I am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in my new flat. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a new build development in Colindale and is a 10-minute walk from Colindale station (zone 4). I will be a live-in landlord.

I am a professional person and looking for someone who is considerate and clean, but also sociable and out-going to share my flat. I enjoy all the usual refinements of modern life (Netflix, Instagram, memes, avocados, other people's pets etc) and enjoy the odd glass of vino now and again (which is more often than you'd think).

- Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and brand new bed frames and mattresses.
- A large kitchen with all the modern appliances you'd expect, including a dishwasher (so you never have to wash up again)
- The flat has a lovely balcony/patio area (see picture)

A wonderfully convenient location:
- The flat is right next door to a big Asda, a brand new Morrisons superstore, M&S Foodhall, Aldi and Wilco.
- BangBang Oriental Foodhall and Loon Fung supermarket on the doorstep
- Well connected to the tube and easy to get into the city (see pic)
