The building is a brand new and modern, with parking and secure bike rooms, there are 2 comunal gardens and gym (being built - but there are 2 gyms 5 minutes walk) consiente and security guards. Tiger flat is a 2 minute walk to M&S, Asda, Morrison’s and close to Sainsbury’s. There are plenary of restaurants and an oriental food court. Northern line is 8min walk or short bus ride door to door and jubilee line is 15 min walk or short bus ride. There are plenty of busses including 24hour night buses.

The flat is kitted out will all the mod cons, fast WiFi, Smart tv with Netflix and amazon prime. A cleaner comes once a week and deep cleans all the house. The kitchen has all appliances including oven and dishwasher. There is a brand new washer dryer. There are 2 huge terraces, the flat is south and north facing so you will get to see the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets in London.
