Nice clean large double near Colindale Station

I have a very large double room to rent for females only. The flat is on the ground floor and very close to all amenities, supermarkets and restaurants. Middlesex University is also within walking distance. Colindale Tube Station is less than 10 mins walk. The area is quiet and clean with good neighbours. Local shops are Sainsbury's, Tesco's, Asda's, Morrisons, and Brent Cross shopping centre a bus ride away. All bills are included, with good Wifi connections.
I am looking for someone who is clean and can respect my space and property and who is easy to get along with. I would prefer someone who can respect a muslim household, i. e no alcohol or pork allowed.
