Single room in new build, opposite station

I have a single room (bed can be pulled into a double) in a modern 3 bed flat available for the summer. The room has its own balcony and it’s situated directly opposite Colindale tube station (northern line). We also have a large living room with a terrace, shared kitchen and bathroom. My current flat mates are moving out and someone new (female) will be moving in, however we have this spare room till end of September and would really like to rent it out for the summer.
