-You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with another female tenant in a newly built first-floor studio

-Fast Wifi, gym with Spa (just downstairs) included in rent, other bills are not included
-Washing machine and dish washer facilitated
-Large balcony
-Available now, move in September for free, only start paying from October
- Video of building and room available, sorry not able to arrange viewing in person
Please note: the other female tenant lives in the living room with a bed surrounded by Wood fence (Please see picture 6 attached). The rest living room have a sofa and table available for sharing.
