The building has 24/7 concierge & gym and sauna. 5min to Tesco express, 7min to Sainsburys, Colindale local shops (off license, dry-cleaning, beauty salon Massage, etc) just within minutes.

Rent is £800 + Bills around £200
(No gas, water, electricity, heating, internet, council tax)
