The flat is a new build (completed in April 2021) — a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment.

The communal bathroom is for your exclusive use, except on the occasional day when I have friends visiting.

Important note about the cat:
All windows in the apartment need to stay closed to keep him safe, but there are built-in ventilators to maintain airflow, so the flat doesn’t feel stuffy.
