Lovely double with king bed & ensuite

Hey!

I have a large double room available in a spacious, bright, and clean (shoe-free!) flat located seconds from Colindale tube station. You would be living with one other person (me).

The flat has two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a living room, separate kitchen, and balcony. The larger bedroom and bathroom are available to rent.

The pictures shown include your bedroom, which has a floor-to-ceiling window, a king-size bed, a large wardrobe, bedside table, and an en-suite bathroom. The following picture shows the kitchen.

The price includes all bills, utilities, and superfast fibre optic internet. A weekly cleaner for the communal areas will also be organised, with the cost shared between both of us.

The flat is only a few years old and beautifully furnished, just steps away from Sainsbury’s, Co-op, a 24/7 PureGym, local cafés, bars, dry cleaners, parks, etc.

There is a direct Northern line connection to King’s Cross St Pancras International, and both the West End and the City are within around 30 minutes. Luton and Stansted airports are both less than an hour away.

No parties — this is a calm and peaceful home. I work full-time from the office and am looking for a flatmate who does the same, as compatibility in lifestyles is key to avoiding conflict.

About me: I’m a friendly, independent, and very clean professional who likes their own space. I’m flexitarian, and I run early in the morning before work — someone with a similar routine would understand the importance of early nights. I’d much rather wind down with a good book than binge-watch TV. I love seeing friends for brunches and dinners, which I prefer to do outside the flat. I’m social but also private, and I value a bit of downtime after a long workday.

I’m looking to share the flat with someone who has a similar mindset, is respectful, and appreciates a calm household.
