The tenant will be considerate, clean, clutter free, meaning putting things back where found, clean and wash up after themselves within good time and not leave things lay around the flat for days on end. ABOUT ME & LIFESTYLE

I'm a 34 year old, female, who loves to dine in, watch goggle box to relax or go out with friends either to eat, to the theatre, cinema.

I'm a therapist and biz owner and my career keeps me really busy. I work from home in the living room.

On weekends, I spin cycle in the mornings in the gym downstairs, spend time at home doing chores, running errands, getting my nails done or spending time with people I know.

I don't drink, smoke and im pretty big on good lifestyle habits, being conscious and caring to my home, people around me and environment and like to be around people who have the same values. I eat halal or veg meals, and don't keep alcohol or pork in the flat. All other meat, fish, drinks are fine.

I recently started looking after a 5 month kitten. He's lots of fun and hilarious when he gets the zoomies. He is my responsibility but the person living with me will have to be ok with living with a cat.

If you like the sound of the flat and want to know more or share your own preferences, please message before texting or calling via mobile.
