Double, ensuite room available in Colindale 2-bed

Hi :) I'm looking for a lovely person (any gender), preferably aged 31-42, to live in the second bedroom in my spacious, light, homely Colindale flat for 3-9 months. I'm female, 37 and work full-time in financial PR.

To move in any time from 5th September.
The room is available for 3-9 months.

The room is a good-sized double with an ensuite bathroom and comes furnished, including a small desk and chair.

The flat has a great-sized kitchen and living room, with a balcony. It's very light and genuinely the most temperate, well-insulated place I've ever lived in!

I own the flat so am technically the live-in landlord but I am looking for a friendly, relaxed relationship with a housemate where we do our own thing but also enjoy the space together.

I work in the office 3-4 days a week and at home the rest of the time. I work from the kitchen and very happy for you to do the same - but there is space in the bedroom for a good wfh set up.

I’m looking for a housemate who is clean, chilled, friendly and open minded.

Flat is a 6-minute walk from Colindale tube (on the Northern and there are plenty of good bus links. Really well-served for amenities with lots of mini-supermarkets nearby. Also a 15-min walk from a Morrisons, Asda and M&S food. Large Sainsbury's stores also close by in West Hendon and Edgware.
