Beautiful spacious two bedroom/two bath flat with a separate kitchen, living room, and balcony. Building has a lift & an allocated parking space if you need it.
The flat is a 1-2 min walk from the Colindale tube station (Northern Line). Easy access to Kings Cross, Euston, Camden, Hampstead, London Bridge, City of London (Bank/Moorgate/Liverpool St) Waterloo, Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road, & Charring Cross (all stations on the Northern line).
Buses (#125, 204, 303, 186). outside the Colindale station take you to other stations such as Hendon Central, Finchley Central, Kingsbury, Mill Hill Bdway, Wembley Central, Preston Road station, etc.
Within 2-5 mins walk, are two grocery stores, a dry cleaner, two dentists, a gym, coffee shops, hair + nail salon, post office, and a park with tennis courts , play area, and outdoor exercise equipment.
Within 10 min walk are superstores of Aldi, Asda, Morrisons & buses to central London.

Prefer someone that doesn’t have too much stuff as there is very limited storage space, goes to work few days a week, & definitely doesn’t bring the party home. Happy to share a glass of wine /chai, watch Netflix, or go for a walk if you’d like. Likewise I can be sitting quietly in my room. I work from home only one day a week.
