The flat is a two min walk from the Colindale tube station (Northern Line). Easy access to Kings Cross, Camden, London Bridge, City of London (Bank/Moorgate/Liverpool St) Waterloo, Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road, Charring Cross (all stations on Northern line).

Buses outside station to Hendon, Finchley, Kingsbury, etc. (Bus # 125, 204, 303).

Within 2-5 min walk, there are two grocery stores, dry cleaners, dentist, gym, coffee shop, hair + nail salon, post office, park with tennis courts and exercise equipment, etc.

Within 10 min walk are superstores of Aldi, Asda, and Morrisons & buses to central London.

Clean, quiet , secured building and neighbourhood. You will share the flat with only one professional female (that’s me) who is very quiet and clean. I’m looking for someone tidy and respectful. Happy to share a glass of wine, watch something on TV or go for a walk if you like. Likewise I can be sitting quietly in my room. I work from home few days a week.

- Rent includes all bills (electricity, water, Netflix, etc.). Council tax will be £60 per month extra if you’re working. No council tax if you are a student and have a letter of exemption from the council.
- No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests without prior notice
