The building and the flat are brand new, having been rented out in September 2023, and are located two minutes from the Colindale tube station on the Northern line (only 20 minutes by direct tube from central London).

Gym and co-working space access are included in the rent. The apartment is more spacious than most, including a private balcony and a lounge with a large kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality units, including an electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob, and microwave oven—all in a brand-new state. The master bedroom is spacious enough to easily accommodate a work table and some additional drawers.
