This is a large, furnished double bedroom with a modern ensuite in a 2-bedroom flat. There is a communal, open-plan kitchen and living room with a patio area outside. The kitchen is fully furnished.

Location:

The flat is an 8 minute walk from Colindale station, and 3-4 minute walk to large Morrisons, Asda, M&S Food and Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall. There is also a Post Office and gym within walking distance.

The landlord currently lives here but will be moving out in March, so we will want someone to move in from the beginning of April.

I am a 30-year old female working as a trainee lawyer in the city. Ideally looking for a flatmate who doesn’t mind socialising, chilling with a glass of wine in the evening, and is clean and tidy.
