1 Double Room with own separate bathroom

We are a young couple living in a two bedroom with two bathrooms apartment.
Our friend has moved closer to her new job so now we need someone to take her room.
The room has a big fitted wardrobe with mirror sliding doors, but no bed. Because you will have to either bring your own bed or buy one we are willing to ask for only £400 deposit. The bathroom that will be yours is outside of the room and it has a bathtub. Your room has access to the balcony but there's one more entry access to it from the living room.
The rent does not include bills. They usually work out to about £100-120 per person(as we are on Council Band D).
We are very laid back and flexible and we are looking for someone who is most importantly friendly. We will do all the cleaning in the kitchen and living room, we expect you to clean your room and your bathroom only.
