One Spacious Single Room in Colindale (comes with its own bathroom) in a 3b3b flat available from July 20th

One-Year Contract

I am looking for two new flatmates for the two rooms (one master en-suite room, one single room) in my current flat.

The flat is a ten-minute walk to Colindale tube station on the Northern Line and it is newly built and comes with a large living room and a balcony.

Kitchen and all the bedrooms are fully equipped, residence gym and swimming pool available.

Rent is paid quarterly.

Current Flatmate (Myself): I'm currently residing in one of the ensuite double bedrooms. I'm a professional working in Fintech. I work on-site from Tuesday to Thursday and work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

I'm social and easygoing, would love to spend time together as flatmates if we get along but also respectful of your own space.

Looking for new flatmates who are:

1. Clean and Tidy

2. Preferably are professionals or students willing to share the council tax (Council tax + other bills are approximately £100/month per person).

3. Friendly and easy-going.

4. Respectful toward other people

Please Note: Colindale tube station will be closed from June to December. However, there are buses available right outside the apartment to Hendon Central or central London.
