DOUBLE ENSUITE BEDROOM. ALL BILLS INCLUDED (utilities, internet, council tax, regular cleaner)
Room: The room for rent is ensuite (shower) and furnished (double bed with mattress, desk, inbuilt cupboard and a separate chest of drawers). The room gets great natural light and has a big window with views out to the courtyard.

Flat: This is a two-bedroom, two-bath flat. I am the landlord and live in the second room. The spacious kitchen and living room are connected, and the living room connects to a wide balcony. The living room/kitchen has a door to close it off from the hallway/entrance. We have high-speed internet, a TV, and a washing machine.

The development has a shared outdoor courtyard with benches and an astroturf (lovely to chill in the summer). Parking spot available (underground, secure car park for an additional fee).

Convenience: The flat is right next to Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall, Golden Dragon Chinese restaurant, Loon Fung, Whale Bakery, Chai & Spice and 4 supermarkets - Morrisons, Asda, Aldi and M&S (all less than 5 mins walk away). There is a Timpsons dry cleaner inside Morrisons. There are also lots of great takeaway spots in the area, including a number of ghost kitchens, so you are spoilt for choice food-wise.

It is a 7-10 min well-lit walk to Colindale Station (Northern Line), and the area is full of young professionals. There is a Sainsbury's Express and Coop Express right next to the station, and a few restaurants. There is a bus stop 1 min from the flat that takes you right outside Kingsbury Station (Jubilee Line).

We are a 10-minute drive/short bus ride away from Mill Hill Broadway, which has a lot of brunch spots, hair salons and other amenities. We are a short walk from Silkstream Park and only a few stops on the tube away from Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill. Brent Cross Shopping Centre is a direct 15 minute bus ride from outside the flat.

Me: I am a 29-year-old professional. I work in the city and am sociable, I love food, but equally value quiet nights in and alone time. I appreciate a clean apartment, especially after a long day of work, but I am not pedantic about it. I am looking for someone with a similar vibe and respect for communal areas and each other's things.
Neighbours are all very helpful and friendly (take each other's deliveries in, borrow eggs in a pinch, that sort!).
