Cozy studio with a terrace

Hi everyone,
This July we are subletting a studio flat with a terrace in safe neighborhood of north London. Me and my partner are traveling to Mexico and will stay there for at least a month to two months and are looking to sublet our apartment from the beginning of July till sometime in august.
We have a fast upload/download speed internet, a barista type coffee machine, washing machine with a dryer and a lovely terrace to enjoy (if British weather allows it). We can also free up one of the wardrobes for you to use while you are here. There is a Tesco on the premises (maybe a minute walk from our building entrance), Sainsburys about 5 min walk and huge Asda, Morisons, M&S and Aldi about 25 min walk (5min drive) from here. There is a huge Asian food hall near those shops called “Bang Bang”. The trip from here to Camden town takes 15 min on the tube and 20-25 min to get to the very heart of London (Leicester square). At the moment the closest station is closed for renovations but you can get a bus just outside our building that will take you to Hendon central within 5-10 minutes depending on the traffic. We live in a private block of apartments with security monitoring the premises. Our monthly rent with all the utility bills comes to £1483.
