Additionally, a 5 minute walk to London's biggest Asian Food hall and other great local and chain resturants!

The house is opposite a beautiful park, has a large garden. Shared parking on driveway, first come first served.

One double rooms available at £800 per month, including bills. Cleaning fee for regular cleaner who attends once a week. Can have room furnished, please contact me to discuss.

All bills (Tax, Gas, Water, Electricity and Internet) will be included, extra small fee for cleaner.

Kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. There is one W/C, and a separate bathroom.
The kitchen has a new cooker and oven, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also be a shared double american fridge/freezer.

There is a shared communal living space for all housemates. Kitchen and bathroom and garden shared.
