The house is opposite a beautiful park, has a large garden. Shared parking on driveway, first come first served

One double rooms available at £850 per month, including bills. Cleaning fee for regular cleaner who attends once a week.

Kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. There is one W/C, and a separate bathroom.
The kitchen has a new cooker and oven, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also be a shared double american fridge/freezer.
