Bright Large Double room to rent with private bath

We have a lovely double room in a 2 bed flat (2nd floor) with tons of natural light available from July 24 in Beaufort Park, Colindale.

The flat has a moderate sized living room and kitchen and a nice balcony overlooking the park. You will have your own spacious bathroom with a bath tub (other room is ensuite). The development also has a gym with steam room and sauna that is free to use for residents - and a 24hr concierge.

You will be sharing with an easy going female professional in her late twenties. Tidiness is a must - you should be able to clean up after yourself. Looking for someone that wants to make the flat a home and not really treat it like a b&b. This is a welcoming and peaceful home where you can socialise, enjoy your peace and quiet perhaps share a glass of wine and maybe we could even have cheeky brunch dates :)

Rent is £1075 a month excluding bills. Bills come to about £200 per flat mate a month (varies).

Due to the popularity of rooms in this area, we would like to limit the volume of responses so the ideal flatmate needs to have the have the right to live in UK (as per the agencies requirements).
My current flat mate is moving out so you would be replacing her for the remaining 6months (Contract Could be renewed after)
