You will have the main use of the main bathroom.
£2000 rent excluding Bills.
Bills around £150 - £180 a month each.
Flat comes partially furnished. The sofa in the living room is my flatmates but I’m happy for us to get another one together or I can organise for a sofa.
Your Room -
Double bedroom but comes unfurnished so you would need your own bed aswell as wardrobe etc…
