Double room available

I am planning on moving out and looking for someone to replace me in a 2 bed flat with shared kitchen and living room and access to a balcony. The room is a double room furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and 2 side bed tables. You will have access to your own bathroom.

There are a few shops in the area and we get access to a gym, swimming pool and sauna in the area.

Bills are not included they currently come up to about £180 each.
