Double room in Colindale

I’m looking for a flatmate to take up a double room in Colindale (North West London)! I (27) currently live with a friend but she’s moving back home to live with family so looking for a roomie to take her spot. I’m pretty relaxed, social and like to keep things clean so looking for someone with similar values ☺️

- The room is fully furnished (though the desk is not included)
- You’ll have your own bathroom (larger than average)
- Rent is £925pcm+bills
- There is a Sainsbury’s Local, Pharmacy and low cost gym all within the same building just downstairs

Currently the nearest tube station (Colindale) is a 5 min walk away but closed until December. There is a bus stop right outside the flat which you can use to get to other near by tube stations, or Burnt Oak station is a 20 minute walk away. Open to negotiating a bit of a lower rate until December because of this! Also open to people looking for both short and long term 🙂 Feel free to message if you want further details
