Hi everyone, the rent price is to be confirmed but it will be roughly £1120 for your half and bills will be roughly 200 each month (normally lower).

For context my current flatmate is gonna move out at the end of our contract (dec 13) so I’m looking for someone to replace him. A little about me is that I work in finance and I’m doing an accounting qualification so nearer to the exams I’m just gonna be in my room studying. But other than that I’m a home bod who likes to keep busy by spending time with my girlfriend and the gym.

I’m quite a tidy person so I would also love to live with people who are also quite tidy. Also this contract would be for a year.

The contract would have to start from the 14th of December and it has everything you need:
- Kitchen
- Washing machine
- 2 separate bathrooms (1 for me and my guests, 1 for you and your guests)
- Concierge
- Balcony
- Gym
- 7th floor open terrace

The station is currently closed but it’s due to open in December and it only take 30 mins to get to central London from there.
