Flat with Cinema, Co-working space, Gym!

I am looking for someone to move into this flat in North London with me. I am a cheerful, clean, and wholesome law student, who is also bringing my adorable cat with me.

I enjoy movie nights (I will have a TV for both of us to use), cooking, and playing video games.

The building has a gym, party room, co-working area, and a cinema, all of which are free for tenants to use. They also have a concierge at the front desk.

The building is a minute’s walk from Colindale station, which is currently being renovated until December 2024. For that reason they are offering 20% on our rent until December 2024. (It is normally £2350 per month, but will be £1880 until December).

Please note since I am a student we need to pay for our entire tenancy upfront, which is why this flat is ideal for other students as well.
