The space:
Spacious, modern 3 bedroom flat in a converted grade 2 listed building. The flat has a fully fitted kitchen (complete with washing machine) and a spacious separate living room. The room available is the second bedroom shown on the video (the one with the red bed throw). It comes fully furnished and you will be sharing a large bathroom with one other person.

Transport:
The flat is a 3 minute walk from Colindale tube station (on the Northern line), although this station is due to be closed until December. Until then, the nearest tube station is Burnt oak, which is a 12 minute walk away through a park.

Local amenities:
The flat is a 3 minute walk away from a gym and a Sainsbury's local. It is also very close to a lovely park and a 10 minute walk away from larger supermarkets (Morrisons, Asda, M&S, Asian supermarket). There are also a few great restaurants nearby.

Ideal flatmate:
We would prefer a female flatmate as you will be sharing with two other women. We are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and chilled. Someone who enjoys a night in watching TV and chatting but will also be happy to join in with the occasional dinner party. We are not massive party people and enjoy pubs and picnics in the park over a night out clubbing. It is very important to us is that our new flatmate is clean and tidy, and respects this gorgeous flat as much as we do.
