Double room | Colindale | Students preferred

Heya, I'm moving out so posting this advert.

Room cost - £800 pcm

Looking for preferably a male student flatmate. Ideal for London university students, commute is no longer than an hour to most London universities.

As a side note: Colindale station is currently closed for works until December 2024. Once the works are finished, it is a very quick ~30 minute trip to the West End. For the time being, there is a 15/20 minute walk to Burnt Oak station to take the Northern Line into London.

You will have to share a bathroom with one of the flatmates
All bills are included (ideally student for no council tax) - this includes the 500mb broadband
3 Bedroom Flat on the First Floor
Shared Living Room area
Washer and Dryer in the Kitchen

The room up for rent is the nicest one (imho but I'm a bit biased)
Double bed - has 3 drawers underneath the mattress to hoard stuff
That one specific IKEA desk with 2 drawers - if you are a PC enthusiast, you can take off the door on the side and remove the 2 shelves inside it to fit a PC that can be connected to the broadband via ethernet cable
Large double-doored wardrobe
Small chest of drawers that I thrifted off FB marketplace for £20 (what a steal)
There are 4 plug sockets, 2 next to the desk - I normally plugged a cable extension cord there to power everything I had on my desk

Fire Remedial Stoppage Works have just concluded so everything is properly up to code in that department.
