Lovely Large *En-Suite* Double Bedroom

Hello,

I have a gorgeous en-suite double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat available with it's own balcony. The current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to rent it for a minimum of 6 months. There is a shared living room and a guest WC. The bills are included in the rent and comprises of Broad band, council tax, electric and water. The flat is less than 5 mins away from Colindale station. There are various different supermarkets less than 10mins away. There are also bus stops right outside the property. There is parking outside but you will need to get a permit.

N. B. I'm looking for a flatmate that's very clean...no dirty dishes in the sink, clean up after yourself and sanitise surfaces etc. This is a must!
