Hi! I’m Isabella. I’m currently living in a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment in Colindale - prime location Zone 4 - 20 minutes from central London on the Northern line stopping at Camden, Euston, Tottenham Court Road, Warren Street, Bank and so on. Colindale station is currently being refurbished but re-opens in December, which is also the move in date, so very easy transport and commute from a lovely new station. The station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is top floor, large, with two big storage cupboards. You would have a large double bedroom, your own en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobe and double bed & mattress. The shared space is a large new build kitchen/open plan living room. There is a sofa & a table and 4 chairs present. Also a washer/dryer. All of this is basically brand new as we have only been in the apartment for 6 months. There is also a concierge service. Better pictures will be uploaded in the near future, of the room & bathroom. You would be sharing with only me - 25 year old female professional. My current flat-mate has only recently moved to England from another country. She works insanely long hours and has made friends and a support network that all live in Central London or further south and so she would like to find somewhere closer to work and closer to her community - as she is not used to commuting and going home from nights out alone! I, however, am in love with the apartment and location so wish to remain here. I feel it is very safe, right by the Police Headquarters and the entire complex is new builds so there is a large professional demographic living locally with an open field, park, and convenience stores nearby - I think it’s a really nicely built up area for fellow professionals.

The rent is contracted at £1925 per month, so split between us is about £965 each. When you add all bills on top, it amounts to £1165 per month. Council tax band D.

My current flatmate and I would presumably end the current tenancy contract, and commence a brand new contract with myself and whomever the new flatmate is. So you would have a proper tenancy agreement joint with myself.

We are reviewing ending the tenancy now, with the idea that she will move out on 31st December. This will likely remain, but depending on the property management could be give or take a couple of weeks around that date.

I am very relaxed, very clean and hope that any new flatmate would be clean/tidy also. I mostly keep to myself, work quite long hours too, and enjoy going for walks. I only have guests over from time to time, and I don’t party or drink so you can count on a peaceful and safe space. I am big on open communication and compromising so we are both truly happy and comfortable at home. Please send me a message if you are interested and to chat and ask any questions!
