Double bedroom En-suite.
Room is furnished and in great condition. Building was erected last year and previous tenant was a chef so he was hardly there.

This is a very clean households so want people with similar mindsets.

No one in this household really parties nor stay up late causing disruptions.
We are looking for working people preferred. Ideally professional

I am a partner in a consultancy and the other tenant works in a GP. So we are working a lot and need someone trustworthy who us just going to mind their own business.

No preference on race and gender. But person needs to respect other people beliefs.

All bills are included and rent is paid at the start of the month.
A initial deposit of 1x months rent needs to be given which will be returned to the tenant at the end of the month.

Couples are potentially welcome but will have a surcharge attached (£1900)
