We are moving out of our flat in February and need someone to take over our lease for the remaining 6 months. The landlord is open to a long term lease following this.

-access to outdoor garden which the bedroom overlooks

-radiators for heating - although we have barely used it as flat remains warm and snug in winter

Honestly a great flat to live it we’ve throughly enjoyed . Perfect for a couple/ single person. Students also allowed.
