I’m moving out of my place as I just bought somewhere. My lovely flatmate Dom is looking for someone to take over my room in our modern, spacious flat. Here are the details:

Location: Hendon/Colindale. The place is close to the Northern line so it'd be perfect if you work in King's Cross, Moorgate/Bank. The closest stations are Colindale tube station, Hendon train station and Hendon Central tube station. Walkable but also super quick on the bus.
Neighbourhood: 5 mins walk to a big Sainsbury's and Costa/Argos. It's a 5 minute walk to pharmacies and local grocers and news agents. Morrisons, M&S, ASDA, Starbucks and ALDI are also just up the road! There's also London's biggest oriental food hall, the famous Bang Bang and other fast food spots like Nandos in the area.
The Flat: The building was built last year so everything is brand new. It is spacious, modern and well-maintained, with a shared lounge area, kitchen and a super-big balcony, with a lovely city view, great skyline and stunning sunset.
The building is safe and very quiet with fob access to each floor.
The Room: A bright and comfortable double room, furnished (bed, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers). You will have your own gorgeous, big bathroom.
Rent: £967 per month + bills (~£180 per month including council tax, internet, electricity, heating, and water) so around £1150 in total a month - as heating can vary depending on the season.
Move-in Date: Flexible between mid-late March and late April

About Your New Flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with Dom. She is friendly, professional, sociable and respects personal space. She is a journalist and travels for work occasionally. Looking for someone clean, considerate, and easygoing.
