Hi there! We have a freshly renovated single bedroom available in our lovely terraced house, located just a 10-minute walk from Colindale tube station on the Northern Line – perfect for quick access to Central London.

About the Room: The available room is a comfortable single, ideal for someone looking for a peaceful, well-kept home. The room is furnished and gets plenty of natural light.

About the House: We live in a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home on a quiet private road. The house was recently renovated throughout – brand new floors, a high-spec kitchen with Neff appliances, an American-style double fridge freezer, and a sparkling new bathroom added.

Shared Spaces: You'll share a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms (one recently added). All appliances are modern and easy to use.

Transport Links: Colindale Station (Northern Line) is only a 10-minute walk away. There are also several bus routes nearby, and easy access to the M1 and North Circular.

Current Housemates: You'll be living with me (Jamie), my partner Lisa, and one other lodger. We’re a friendly and tidy household, respectful of each other’s space.

Bills: All bills – including council tax, utilities, and Wi-Fi – are included in the rent.

Rent: £625 per month (all bills included).

Please note that the living room is not a shared space and is being kept as a private space for my partner and I which we have reflected in the reduced rent.
