We are offering a single room in a peaceful 3-bedroom family home. The house has a shared kitchen and living areas.

About the room:

Single room with a day bed that pulls out to king-size (bed can be replaced if needed).

Large wardrobe and desk in the room.

Well-lit room with French doors.

You will have exclusive use of a bath/shower in the middle floor bathroom which is located directly next to the room.

TV point available in the room.

Shared use of the kitchen (fully equipped) and garden.

About the house:

You'll be in a family home with myself a single father and two children (girls) aged 12 and 7 . Both are sweet and friendly.

I work mainly from home (sometimes travels into the office) as a lawyer and keep a low profile. Friendly, easy-going and respectful.

Quiet household, no loud parties or gatherings.

The property is around 15 mins walk from Colindale Station (underground) or Mill Broadway Station (overground). There is a bus stop right next to the property. It is within a private new-build development. Easy access to local towns including Hendon, Mill Hill, Brent Cross - and easy train links to Central London.

Ideal lodger:

Preferably someone who is independent and values their privacy.

Someone who eats mostly in their room or kitchen without expecting to share family social spaces at least to begin with.

Responsible and respectful of family boundaries.

University students, employed individuals, and professionals welcome.

Given there are two female children here - a female tenant/lodger is preferred.
