There is one bathroom on the same floor, shared with the landlord’s daughter. From Oct 2025 to Jan 2026, it will be for the tenant’s exclusive use.
2楼有1间卫生间，与房东小姐姐共用。在25年10月-26年1月期间仅租客使用。

1 Chinese female professional (3rd floor, ensuite).

💷 Rent & Terms:
Rent: £1100/month (all bills included) – negotiable.

Preferred term: 44 weeks (Sept–June), ideal for students.
