En-suite room available in Colindale area - Band E

My brother and I (22 and 24 years old) currently live in this very nice flat in the Colindale area. It has three rooms, 2 bathrooms, a balcony, and a common living room and kitchen space. It is quite affordable for how modern it is and for its proximity with Central London (25 minutes by tube, located 3 minutes away from Colindale station), and you would have your own room with an en-suite bathroom. The Council tax band is E.

We have been in London for 5 years and have lived with three different people in this flat so far, who have now all become very close friends to us. We are both Mixed Italian-Cameroonian, so we would love a flatmate who appreciates African culture and cuisine, so someone with a shared background would be a great fit, though we’re open to anyone who feels comfortable in that environment. We would also like someone who is clean, as we like to keep the common spaces tidy. The goal is just to have a friendly atmosphere within the flat, all-the-while respecting each other's personal space, and for everyone to feel comfortable in at home!
