🏠 Available immediately: a cosy, fully furnished single room in my 2nd-floor flat (stairs only, no lift) in a well-kept three-storey building. I’m a live-in landlord looking for a considerate professional female who’d like a calm, welcoming home for a short term let (with the possibility to extend for longer if it works out well ☺️)

Fully furnished single room (bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, mirror, fan, portable heater, rubbish bin, laundry basket)

Foldable patio table available if you’d prefer to work from your room (otherwise the dining table is fine too)

Shared use of kitchen, living room, bathroom

You’ll have space in the fridge and freezer and small cupboard space in the kitchen, and also a shelf inside the bathroom

You’re welcome to use my pots and pans 🍳, just take care of them!

Laundry racks available for you when doing laundry 🧺 Washing Machine only - no dryer.

As it's an Asian household, shoes off indoors, and home clothes when on sofa and living room chairs 🙏

🚌 Bus stop right outside with 204, 186 and N5 night bus - quick links to Colindale, Burnt Oak and Mill Hill Broadway (for the Thameslink train – handy for going to Gatwick airport or Luton airport)

Even though it's on the main road, it's quiet and tranquil.

4 supermarkets within 15mins walking distance - Loon Fung, Morrisons, Aldi and ASDA as well as Bang Bang Food Court for Asian food. With the closest being Tesco Express (9min walk)

Heybourne Park and Montrose Playing Fields are nearby if you like to go for walks

I work in Marketing in the Education sector, am well travelled (from my souvenir stash collection and magnets!), and like to keep my home organised and peaceful. I work from home 3 days a week and spend 2 days in the office, with weekends off. I’ve lived in flatshares in the past and had friends who were lodgers at my current flat (before they moved out of London), so I understand the importance of respecting each other’s space. I sometimes like to unwind with a glass of wine after a busy day, and I’m always happy for a chat if you’re in the mood for company 🤗

✨ A Few Flat Notes

For 1 person only – no guests, partners, pets or smoking.

Please be willing to share responsibility for keeping the flat clean (cleaning of shared spaces, taking out rubbish, and restocking basics when needed)

Note that you will be going into a lodger agreement (therefore not a tenant agreement)
