Lovely En Suite Rooom in the Heart of London

I’ve got a spare bedroom going in my flat in Beaufort Square (Argent House, Colindale). The room has its own ensuite bathroom, so you’ll have your own space while still sharing the flat.
I’m a pretty easy-going person and welcome all kinds of people. The main things I’m looking for are someone respectful and cool with sharing a space. I’m out of the house a lot, so you’ll have plenty of time with the place to yourself, but when I’m around it’s just about respecting each other’s space and keeping things chill.
The area’s great — walking distance to Colindale Station, with loads of shops, cafés, restaurants, and even a gym right in the estate.
