Double Room with Private Bathroom & Parking

I’ve recently bought a lovely flat in Colindale and I’m looking for a housemate to share it with. The room is a bright double and comes with its own private bathroom and an allocated parking space. Rent is £850 per month including bills, with a one-month deposit. The contract is rolling so there’s flexibility.

The flat is shared with just me. I’m 31, work in project management in healthcare and usually go into the office two days a week. Outside of work I enjoy reading, travelling, going to the gym and the theatre, so I like a mix of quiet nights in and being out and about.

Colindale is in Zone 4 on the Northern Line, with the station around a 10–15 minute walk away. There are several large supermarkets nearby, and Bang Bang Oriental only 5 minutes from the flat.

I’m ideally looking for a working professional of a similar age who is tidy, respectful and appreciates a calm home, as I do keep early nights. I’m flexible on moving-in dates – finding the right person is what matters most.
