Hey! My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over her room in the flat!
The rent will be £925 and bills are around £175 extra. The flat is under Barnet Council, tax band D.
We have a really lovely place 5 minutes walk from Colindale station, which can get you into central London in less than 30 minutes!
In the flat you'll have a large double bedroom, which comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and mattress! You will also have the main bathroom completely to yourself as my bedroom is an ensuite. We also have a shared kitchen and fairly large living room, and a balcony!
You will be sharing with me, and I am really easygoing and friendly! I work from home three days a week and I'm usually around on the weekends :) Someone chill, friendly and clean who also doesn't mind having time to themselves every now and again would be a perfect flatmate.
