I'm moving out of our lovely 2-bed flat in Colindale and I'm looking for a new female tenant to replace me.

The flat is located in a calm new build area, 8-minute walk from Colindale Station (northern line) and around 20min from Kingsbury station (Jubilee line). You will have a big 24h ASDA right around the corner (7min walk), and a retail park (B&M, Matalan...)at 3min walk for some shopping. If you're a gym enthusiast, there is a gym group in the same building.

The flat is in the 3rd floor and the building has a lift. The flat comes with a clean fully integrated kitchen, with a lovely bright living room area giving on a cute balcony. The latter is empty for now, so you can decorate it as you wish to add your touch.

The room comes with a double bed, a desk, a nightstand, and a chest of drawers with plenty of space for storage. You will have your own modern bathroom, where you can take warm bath in this cold season.

We have two storage closets in the flat, I've been using one and my flatmate has been using the other one.

When we first moved in, we bought a microwave, a hoover, and a kettle. My share of those will be offered to the next tenant.

The contract spans over 1 year, which ends in end of May. You can renew the contract with my flatmate if you want or with someone else according to what you agree on by May.

About my flatmate:

Yasmin is a british 27yo doctor who works from the hospital everyday. She is kind and clean and would like her next flatmate to be so as well. We barely meet but when we do, it's often a good catch up/gossip over a cup of tea/coffee.

The next tenant will need to be fully referenced and pass affordability for the property.
