Light, spacious double en-suite in Colindale

Looking for a friendly, clean housemate for the second room in my flat, which is 6 minutes' walk from Colindale tube station and close to numerous bus routes around north west London and into town.

The room is lovely and spacious with a small en-suite - with a shower. As it's my flat I make sure it's well-looked after, and the communal space is homely and welcoming.

The flat is really well-located, very close to a Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express, and about a 15 minute walk from a large Morrisons, Asda and M&S. It is next to a gym and a 1 minute walk from a pharmacy. The area is vibrant and busy and feels very safe, but the flat itself is nice and quiet.

I am looking for a clean, respectful, friendly housemate for 6-12 months, with the opportunity of extension. I am the live-in landlord - 37 years old, female, easygoing and friendly.

The advertised monthly rent includes bills and covers a monthly cleaner - but I am open to discussing increasing the regularity of this. The room is available from 8th Feb.
