🏠About the flat
Modern, bright and well-looked-after flatshare on the top floor. The living area is very spacious and a great shared space to relax, with a large dining table/ large sofa and plenty of room to chill and hang out. The flat has two balconies off the living room, which give great ventilation and lots of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic necessities, and there is also a washing machine. The flat is fully furnished and has three bedrooms in total: one single, one double, and one large double en-suite room (this is the available room). All curtains are blackout and insulated.
The flat is Council Tax Band D. It’s also very warm, with central heating that works really well in winter.

🚇Transport
Colindale Underground Station is around a 3-minute walk away, so commuting is very easy. Burnt Oak Station is also an option, around a 15-minute walk. There are lots of buses nearby, including night buses.

🛒Local area
Everything is very convenient. There is a Sainsbury’s about 2 minutes away, and within around a 15-minute walk, you have M&S Foodhall, Tesco, Boots, Aldi and Asda. Colindale PureGym is about 2 minutes away too, plus plenty of cafés and food options locally.
There’s also Colindale Park around 2 minutes away, which is especially lovely in the summer.

A fully furnished, spacious double room with your own private en-suite bathroom. Bright, modern, clean and comfortable, ideal if you want your own space and privacy.

💰Bills and tenancy
Bills are not included and are split between housemates. They vary depending on usage and season. Rent and bills must be paid on time, on the first of every month.

About the flatmates
👩🏻‍💻Vishwa (23): I’ve lived in London for 2.5 years and work 9 to 5 in merchandising for a fashion brand, with a few work-from-home days each week. I love exploring London, anything fashion related, staying active, cooking new recipes and cycling. I enjoy hanging out with my flatmates, having flat dinners or a cup of tea, but I also really respect personal space and keeping things clean.
👩🏻‍🔬Disha (23): I work 9 to 5 Monday to Friday at a private NHS lab. I love reading, dancing, going to the cinema, trying new food and exploring London. I also enjoy crocheting and playing guitar. I’m quite health and fitness focused, and I value a calm, tidy home to recharge. I also sometimes study and prepare for exams, so I appreciate a supportive atmosphere, but I’m friendly and always up for a flat dinner now and then.
