I have a newly refurbished flat in Colindale, just a 5-minute walk from the station, with parking available. The flat has just been refurbished and includes brand-new appliances, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and oven.

I originally intended to use the flat myself, as I travel between different places, but it has remained empty because I haven’t had the time to stay there. I will not be living in the flat, however I am looking for a lodger rather than a long-term full-time contract.

This would suit someone who travels between London and another city and needs a place Monday to Friday.

I am looking for an exceptionally clean, organised, and responsible person who will take good care of the flat.
Council tax is included in the rent, while electricity and water are to be paid separately. Tv licence or WiFi connection is not available but it can be done by tenant. Pets are not allowed by law of management in the building. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
