1. Food must only be consumed at the dining table.
2. The tenant must ensure any area that has been used by the tenant, such as the bathroom, kitchen, dining table, is cleaned after use.
3. The tenant must ensure the bedroom is kept tidy and cleaned at least once a week.
4. The tenant is permitted to use the washing machine. The washing machine manufacturer states the maximum weight of a load should not exceed more than 9kg.
5. Due to health & safety, clothes must not be dried in any indoor area of the property. The tenant can make use of the facility in the garden to dry clothes.
6. The tenant must not invite or allow anyone to enter the property, other than their Father, Mother, Brother and/or Sister. The Landlord, Kusum or Sachin would appreciate it if the tenant provided advance notice to the landlord or Sachin before any Family member’s arrival.
7. The tenant must be considerate of other people living in the property and the tenant should expect the same in return.
